This 6-week program is designed to help participants gain clarity, confidence and control over their personal journey. Each week features a different “step” in moving through the separation process:
Week 1- Overcoming Shame
Week 2- Setting Goals
Week 3- Healthy Healing (Dealing with Emotions)
Week 4- Self Care
Week 5- Financial Freedom
Week 6- Stepping Forward with Dignity and Respect.
Meetings will take place in a group setting where participants can ask questions and share personal wisdom or milestones. Soon-To-Be-Exes are welcome to attend together, if appropriate. Handouts and notebooks will be provided.
