Personalized Private Coaching for Individuals or Couples
Courses and packages are great, but they might not be for you. And that’s OK. Sometimes, what you need doesn’t fit in a box.
I’m happy to meet you where you are.
For those with singular or unique needs, I offer private coaching to talk about whatever’s on your mind. Some common issues are:
“I want to communicate more effectively with my ex”
“I want to ask my spouse for a divorce”
“I want to take better care of myself”
“I want to be a better parent”
“I want to be a better co-parent”
“My self-esteem is in the toilet.”
“I’m struggling with shame and need to get my mind out of the gutter.”
“I know I need some help, but I don’t know who to talk to”
“I have no life anymore. How do I get back to being me?”
“I’m not sure if I’m doing this right.”
For couples, I offer coaching to cultivate mutual respect, find common ground, and build something better:
“We want to start off on the right foot before beginning the divorce process.”
“Our relationship is strained, but we want to be good co-parents for our children.”
“Our kids are grown, but we still have to peacefully coexist at family functions.”
“We don’t understand each other. How can we communicate more effectively?”
“Co-parenting isn’t working. We need to create more space between us.”
If you think personalized private coaching is for you, we can work together by phone or videoconference. Sessions last one hour, and you can expect a homework assignment at the end. And within 24 hours, you’ll receive notes that provide an overview of what was discussed. I might also pass along articles, worksheets or recommendations to check out other experts, books, web sites, etc.
Packages and pricing will be customized by individual need.
If you’d like to explore personalized private coaching, schedule a consultation and we can talk about the best way to move forward according to your unique needs.
Hello, I’m Tara. I help struggling singles overcome shame and frustration so they can find peace and create a life they love. I’m a child of divorced parents, an ex-wife, a “next” wife and the previous partner of a divorced dad. Personal experience taught me that divorce is about evolution, not dissolution.
