Personalized Private Divorce Coaching for Individuals or Couples

Courses and group programs are great, but they might not be for you. And that’s OK. Sometimes, what you need doesn’t fit in a box. That's why I offer personalized private divorce coaching-- so I can meet you where you are.

Private sessions are a great way to tackle issues such as:

“How can I communicate more effectively with my ex?”
“How do I ask my spouse for a divorce?”
“What can I do to take better care of myself?”
“How can I a better parent?”
“How can I be a better co-parent?”
“How can I improve my self esteem?”
“How do I get over my cheating ex?”
“What's the best way to get support?”
“How do I get back to being me?”
“Am I doing this right?”
"Am I normal?"

For couples, I offer coaching to cultivate mutual respect, find common ground, and build something better:

“We want to start off on the right foot before beginning the divorce process.”
“Our relationship is strained, but we want to be good co-parents for our children.”
“Our kids are grown, but we still have to peacefully coexist at family functions.”
“We don’t understand each other. How can we communicate more effectively?”
“Co-parenting isn’t working. We need to create more space between us.”

If you think personalized private divorce coaching is for you, we can work together by phone or videoconference. Sessions last one hour, and you can expect a homework assignment at the end. And within 24 hours, you’ll receive notes that provide an overview of what was discussed. I might also pass along articles, worksheets or recommendations to check out other experts, books, web sites, etc.

Packages and pricing will be customized by individual need.

No need (or time, or money) for a customized package?
No problem.

If there’s one burning frustration that’s driving you crazy, let’s tackle it together.

Schedule a one-hour session, and we’ll talk about what’s bothering you, where you’re stuck, and the end-result that would make your life so much easier.  Then we’ll create a plan to make that result a reality (or, as close to it as possible).

The investment for a single session is $100.  Schedule yours by clicking the button below.
